Who we are
PWR Pro Electric LLC is a residential electrical contractor licensed in Oregon under CCB #259813 and in Washington as an L&I electrical contractor, PWRPRPE749NP. We work in houses: panel upgrades, rewiring, new circuits, EV chargers, lighting, generators and the repairs that come up in between.
We are a service-area business. There is no shop to visit; we come to you, across Portland and 16 surrounding cities.
The owner
PWR Pro Electric is owned by Igor Shiryayev. Igor grew up in Portland and has 12 years of electrical experience.
When you book a job with us, Igor is the electrician who comes to your house.
How the business started
Igor started PWR Pro Electric in 2025, after 10 years working for three large Portland electrical companies.
How we work
- •Written estimate before any work begins — you approve the price first.
- •We pull the electrical permit for you — it's part of the job.
- •1-year warranty on our work.
- •Bonded and insured.
- •We speak English and Russian.
- •Open until 9 pm Monday to Thursday and Sunday, Friday until 2 pm, closed Saturday — and we take urgent calls outside those hours.
