What we collect
When you use the booking form we collect what you type into it: your name, zip code, phone number, and if you give them, your address, a preferred date and time, and a message. The form also records which page you sent it from.
The website itself does not use advertising cookies. The booking form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may set a cookie and collect technical information about your browser to tell people from bots. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, pages requested, time).
How we use it
- •To call or text you back about the work you asked about, and to schedule it.
- •To prepare a written estimate.
- •To keep a record of the job.
Text messages (SMS)
If you tick the box to receive text messages, PWR Pro Electric may text you about your appointment, your estimate, a follow-up after the job, and a request to leave a review. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories above exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Who we share it with
The people and services needed to do the job: our scheduling and messaging providers, our website host, and the permit office when a permit is pulled in your name for your address. We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to do the work, meet Oregon and Washington record-keeping requirements for contractors, and handle any warranty or permit question that comes up later.
Your choices

- •Call 503-984-1097 to ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted where the law allows.
